Free Hepatitis B & C Screening
"WCF's free hepatitis screenings changed my life. I never knew I had Hepatitis B until I got tested, and early detection helped me start treatment immediately. Many of us in Mubi North, Askira/Uba, and Bauchi have benefited from this life-saving initiative. I’m deeply grateful for the care and support!"
Mental Health Awareness Campaigns:
"Before attending WCF’s sensitization program, I didn’t really understand depression or substance abuse. The sessions opened my eyes to the realities of mental health and gave me the tools to support myself and others. Many youths and women in Gombe and Bauchi, including myself, now have a deeper understanding and the confidence to seek help. Thank you, WCF, for making a difference in our lives"
Free Book Distribution on Drug Abuse Recovery
"Dr. Wabas’ book, How to Break Free from Drug Abuse and Addiction, was a turning point for me. Reading it gave me the knowledge and strength to start my recovery journey. I’m not alone—hundreds of copies have reached schools, correctional centers, and communities across the Northeast, impacting so many lives. Thank you, WCF, for spreading hope and healing!"
Free Medical Check-up and Community Service
"The free medical check-up and community service provided by WCF was a blessing. I never had the chance to see a doctor, but this initiative gave me access to healthcare and important screenings. The kindness and dedication of the medical team made me feel valued, and I am grateful for the opportunity to take charge of my health!"
Seminar on Women's Reproductive Health
The women's reproductive health seminar was eye-opening. I learned so much about my body, my rights, and how to make informed health choices. The discussions were empowering, and the support from WCF made me feel heard and valued. I now have the confidence to prioritize my well-being
